    Oh, and you forgot to mention, THE Ted Williams wasn’t just “a decorated pilot” he was an ACE pilot!! I don’t know who this young Capt. is who shares his name, but it’s a cruel joke on both of them to make this comparison. Is the Corps really that hard up for heroes today? I don’t think so

    How about mentioning Ted’s MOS and years served? He gave up a lot of prime years in his baseball days to serve with his Marines, including combat in Korea.
